Failure to tag turkey

It is unlawful for any person who kills, captures, or possesses any wild turkey by authority of any turkey tag or permit to fail or neglect to attach his tag to the turkey or fail to validate his tag by filling out or punch marking the tag as required and fail to keep the tag attached while the same is possessed by him.
