Failure of health care provider to obtain insurance as unprofessional conduct
In addition to the conduct described in 37-1-316, failure of a health care provider, as defined in 27-6-103, to comply with a policy or practice implementing 28-10-103(3)(a) requiring insurance constitutes unprofessional conduct.
