Destruction or reproduction "in regular course of business" defined

Destruction in the regular course of business shall include destruction at any time after making such reproductions. Reproductions made in the regular course of business shall include reproductions made at any time prior to the destruction of the original, in each case, if done in good faith and without intent to defraud.
