Mont. Code Ann. § 32-1-222

Loan production office – rulemaking authority

(1) A bank may:

(a) establish and maintain a loan production office only after approval by the department; or

(b) relocate or close a loan production office after giving notice to its customers and the department.

(2) The department may adopt rules to implement this section.
