Reporter's report prima facie evidence
The report of the reporter or reporter pro tempore of any court, duly appointed and sworn, when written out in longhand or printed in type and certified as being a correct transcript of the testimony and proceedings in the case, is prima facie a correct statement of such testimony and proceedings.
