Exemption – operations pursuant to prospecting permits or other agreements
The provisions of this part shall not apply where operations upon land are performed in accordance with the terms of a prospecting permit or a lease covering any mineral interest in said land or other valid agreements authorizing such operations which are in full force and effect.
