Commissioners to assess damages

The commissioners must be sworn to faithfully and impartially discharge their duties and must without delay examine the property, lands, and claims and assess the damages resulting from such right-of-way and report the amount to the judge, and if such right-of-way affects the property of more than one person, such report must contain an assessment of damages to each person.
