Applicability of public water supply laws

The exclusions provided for in 76-4-121, 76-4-122, and 76-4-125 do not relieve any person of the duty to comply with the requirements of Title 75, chapter 6. An extension of a public water supply system or an extension of a public sewage system to serve a subdivision must be reviewed in accordance with the provisions of Title 75, chapter 6.
