Attachment book to be kept by county clerk

There must be kept in the office of the county clerk of each county a book called "attachment book", in which must be entered by the clerk, in alphabetical order, the names of all persons against whom any writ or notice of attachment has been filed in the clerk's office. There must also be entered in the book the time the writ or notice was filed. The entry must be made under an appropriate heading for that purpose.
