Payments to be made by building and loan associations

For the credit of the state special revenue fund for the use of the department in its examination function, each building and loan association under the supervision of the department shall pay to the state treasurer, on or before July 1 each year, a fee established by the department by rule on or before June 1 of each year. The fees must be set to recover all of the costs of the program of supervision of building and loan associations.
