Conformity to federal regulations authorized

For the purpose of obtaining financial aid from the United States of America, the department may adjust the plans and operation of a project, created under this chapter, to conform to the laws and regulations of the federal government and the supervision of any agency constituted under that authority and may exercise those powers whenever conferred.
