Requirements of demonstration project

Any health insurance issuer that participates in the demonstration project must:

(1) collect health risk assessment information at enrollment and reenrollment, which must be collected without reference to an individual, must allow individuals to remain anonymous, and must be reported to the commissioner only in the aggregate; and

(2) collect information on any uncompensated care that was received by the covered person directly related to the exclusion of benefits under 33-22-262. (Terminates June 30, 2009--sec. 14, Ch. 325, L. 2003.)
