Conditions for reciprocal agreements
An agreement entered into under 39-71-426 must contain provisions that extend to Montana employers and workers the same privileges, benefits, and exemptions from payment of taxes and premiums for workers' compensation coverage as provided under the laws of this state. The agreement must, in the judgment of the governor, be fair and equitable and in the best interests of the citizens of this state.

The agreement must, in the judgment of the governor, be fair and equitable and in the best interests of the citizens of this state.
